The cabinet has a seat (31) with a seating (29) and a backrest (32) which is inclined and presents an angle between 18 and 30 degrees with respect to a vertical direction. The seat presents a height between 300 and 400 millimeter (mm) and a dash board (19) presents a height between 500 and 600 mm with respect to a bead point (36), to a level of a steering unit (17), when a driver (13) is seated in driving position on the seat. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle equipped with a cabinet.
