PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for toilet seat capable of instantaneously heating a toilet seat face with less energy efficiency. SOLUTION: The heating device for toilet seat has the toilet seat 1, a toilet cover 2, and a hot air supplying device 4 which feeds hot air to a cover space between the toilet seat 1 and the toilet cover 2. A circulation-type air duct 3 is arranged inside the cover space. The air duct 3 has two supplying paths 3a and a returning path 3b which are approximately on the same plane.
