PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech recognition device whose operation efficiency can greatly be improved by reducing misrecognition of a voice command and also shortening a processing time. SOLUTION: The speech recognition device, which recognizes a voice that a user speaks and executes a specified function according to the recognition result, is equipped with a 1st storage part which stores all voice command groups and a 2nd storage part which stores a copy of a portion of the voice command groups registered in the 1st storage part. Further, a voice command is given a plurality of identification codes, and a voice command group having a specified identification code is extracted from the voice command groups stored in the 1st storage part and stored in the 2nd storage part.
