PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sequential starting of a plurality of switching regulator circuit parts 2 with superior precision. SOLUTION: In a switching power supply 1 having the plurality of switching regulator circuit parts 2, a switch element Q for controlling power transform operation of the circuit part 2, a switching control part 5 which supplies a pulse signal for switching control to the switch element Q, a pulse counting part 15 for counting the number of output pulses of the pulse signals for switching control from starting, and a starting signal output part 16 which outputs a starting signal to the switching control part 5 of the switching regulator circuit part 2 of the next staring sequence of setting when the counted number of output pulses reaches a set value are arranged in each of the switching regulator circuit parts 2.
