PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave spring that has a positioning function and is easy to fit up. SOLUTION: The spring, which has a plurality of coiled turns of a band of metallic material or nonmetallic material equivalent to metal in elasticity and strength, has a wave part 1a forming a plurality of alternate crests and troughs in every turn, and a flat part 1b without waves in one practical turn or a plurality of continuous turns.
