PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially uniform the distribution of force on a whole clamp surface. SOLUTION: On one longitudinal end of a band body, a tongue extension portion 2 is formed which has a thickness gradually increasing from its circular outside toward its inside. On the other longitudinal end of the band body, a stepped portion 9 is provided which is higher at the other end by substantially the same size as the thickness of the band body in the direction of the circular outside than at one end. An opening 10 fittable to the tongue extension portion 2 is formed ranging from the stepped portion 9 to one end of the band body. A side face 2a of the tongue-like extension portion 2 and an inner face 10a of the opening 10 have mutual contact with no gap at their inclined planes on the lower side of the stepped portion 9, whereby the side face 2a of the tongue-like extension portion 2 receives force on the circular inside from the inner face 10a of the opening 10.
