PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain sufficient clamping force corresponding to change in size of an object to be fixed. SOLUTION: At an outer overlapped portion 1b of a clamp band 1, a first engagement section 4, a first spring section 7a, a first tool attachment section 6a and a second spring section 7b are mutually spaced and formed successively from one end side of the clamp band 1 in the longitudinal direction thereof. At an inner overlapped portion 1a and an intermediate portion 1c of the clamp band 1, a second engagement section 5 engageable with the first engagement section 4 and a second tool attachment section 6b are formed apart from each other successively from the other end side of the clamp band 1 in the longitudinal direction thereof toward the intermediate portion 1c. When carrying out fastening operation, a tool is attached to the first tool attachment section 6a and the second tool attachment section 6b, and the first tool attachment section 6a and the second tool attachment section 6b are made closer to each other using the tool. At this time, although the second spring section 7b is elastically expanded, the first spring section 7a does not receive the force so that it is not expanded or contracted.
