PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high precise data even when conditions are changed when the burning velocity of a powder or a solid propellant is measured. SOLUTION: A conductor is embedded in the burning advancing direction of the powder or the solid propellant, and a burning velocity is measured by measuring the burning velocity.
