PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finisher that enables workers to finish concrete floors while standing and can save their labor, improving conventional situations where workers manually finish concrete floors placed on unfloored spaces taking a position of crawling on hands and knees. SOLUTION: Two sheets of trowels 10A and 10B are attached to a circular frame 2 covering vanes 5a of a former finisher 1. These trowels are hung by wires so that they may operate in the direction where the finisher proceeds. They are moved up and down with the levers 15A and 15B like the brake levers of a bicycle attached to a handle 3.
