PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like material for waterproof construction, which imparts excellent anti-coating-blister properties to a waterproof material layer, which can be inexpensively provided in a structurally simple manner and which is excellent in constructibility on a job site, and an efficient waterproof construction method using this sheet. SOLUTION: Structurally, a nonwoven fabric sheet B is laminated and joined on one side of a moisture-impermeable film A, so that easy-to-bond finish can be applied; a plurality of holes H are formed in the direction of lamination of a laminate; and a mesh-like reinforcing material M is laminated thereon.
