PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support body and a pneumatic run-flat tire capable of dispensing with various kinds of molds for vulcanization bonding. SOLUTION: An annular sleeve 32 is buried along the peripheral direction in an annular leg part 28 mounted on a rim 12, and one end of a bolt 34 is fixed. Since the other end of the bolt 34 passes through a flange part 30D and is screw-fitted in a nut 36 on an outer side in the radial direction of the tire, the flange part 30D of a support part 26 is fixed to the leg part 28. Since the leg part 28 and the support part 26 are fixed by the bolt 34 and the nut 36 without bonding them by vulcanization, the leg part 28 and the support part 26 can be separately manufactured, and the leg part 28 can be used as a common part. When the pneumatic run-flat tire 10 in which the support body 16 is arranged is mounted on an automobile for running, the support body 16 supports load by a projecting part 30A of the support part 26 when internal pressure of the pneumatic tire 14 is reduced to enable run-flat running.
