PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet for a vehicle door that can improve workability. SOLUTION: A sheet body 16 having a groove 19 that can be deformed by pressing, with a size enough to cover an opening 15 is formed by a vacuum forming method using a sheet material that has been heated and softened. A seal agent 17 to be fixed closely to a door inner panel 14 is filled in the groove 19. The seal agent 17 is filled below a groove opening portion of the groove 19.
