PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply heat generated by a combustor to air jetted into a room. SOLUTION: This heating device has a second heater 15 that carries out heat exchange between a medium heated and vaporized by a combustor 30 and air blown off into a room and condenses the vaporized medium, and the combustor 30 is disposed on the lower side of the second heater 15. Thus, the heat generated by the combustor 30 can be moved into the room by the phase change of the heat medium, namely heat absorption by evaporation and heat dissipation by condensation, so that the heat generated by the combustor 30 can be efficiently supplied to the air blowing off into the room. Additionally, a temperature in a cabin is efficiently raised to a comfortable temperature in a short time. Since the combustor 30 is disposed on the lower side of the second heater 15, the heat medium can be circulated without using a pump means such as a pump or a compressor, and the constitution of an auxiliary heating device including the combustor 30 can be simplified and miniaturized.
