PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated packaging material having an excellent shielding property and concealing property without using an aluminum foil, and causing no problem in combustion. SOLUTION: A laminate laminating, on one face of a substrate film (1), a white layer (2), an adhesive agent layer (3) and a sealant layer (4) comprising a milky white polyolefin-based resin, in which the white layer (2) is composed of a white ink with a thickness of not less than 3μm or is composed of a multi-layer structure, or at least one layer of the white layer having a multilayer structure is composed of a two-liquid reacting type white ink containing an isocyanate compound.
