PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cut a film successfully even if sharpness is a little lowered. SOLUTION: A cutter blade 25 is formed by combination of two-split cutter blade half bodies 251, 252. As the whole, the cutter blade has a lateral width equal to or larger than the lateral width of the film F, and the central part D in the lateral width is projected forward from both side parts E so that the cutter blade is ridge-like.
