PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location information recognition device of a robot for cleaning capable of observing all the periphery of a cleaner by using a small number of ultrasonic sensors. SOLUTION: This location information recognition device of the robot for cleaning is constituted of a fixed plate body 11 set on a cleaner main body, a motor 12 for scanning screwed on the fixed plate body 11 and to generate torque, a rotating cylinder body 13 fitted on a rotation axis 12a of the motor 12 rotated only by a specified angle and a plurality of location information sensors 14 installed on the rotating cylinder body 13 by having a specified angle and to detect the periphery.
