PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture apparatus capable of uniformly and effectively heating an inner compartment and improved in temperature reset character. SOLUTION: The culture cabinet 1 has an outer case 2 having an insulator 3 inside the case, an inner compartment 4 set inside the cabinet with a space 9 between the insulator 3 of the case 2 and the compartment and a heater 17 for heating the inner compartment 4 and set in the space 9. Ducts 13 and 14 are set in the inner compartment 4, wherein air in the inner compartment 4 is made to flow into the ducts 13 and 14 by an inside circulatory fan 11 and discharged from a discharge opening 16.
