A hot-Acupressure and Massage machine provides conforming to the individual user's spinal shape and accommodating capability for a range of user heights. A hot-Acupressure and Massage machine has a heat-transmitter module that reciprocates under the user's back with the following provisions: a support surface, a module with a total compliance means to the spine by including a ball-socket mechanism and actuator(s), a variable compression means to the user's back from the module to allow the user to choose compressions levels for both effectiveness and comfort, a set of raised pads to help align a user to the module, a slidable headrest that adjusts to the user's height, an elevated support surface for the thighs and feet, and a belt to treat the chest, abdominal, joints, and hip areas.
