The invention relates to an item of sports clothing, particularly a pair of shorts or short trousers, in which the crotch seam comprises a pocket that is sewn therein. According to the invention, a plastic padding-type device having two isolated sections which are filled with a water-based gel and a bonding material can be inserted into or removed from the aforementioned pocket, in order to prevent friction from hindering a cyclist (a) when the gluteal and perineal region is in contact with the seat of the bicycle. |
