The arrangement has a flow path (18) that can be positioned outside a liquid accommodation chamber (14) of the basin (12), a heater (10) in the path, past which the liquid flows for heating, and at least one heating element in the heater. A temperature sensor is provided that has a thermal connection to the heater enabling determination of the heater temperature and can determined absolute temperatures and temperature changes.
