PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergic diathesis improver effective for preventing/remedying I-type allergic diseases or a food having an allergic diathesis improvement function, by utilizing the Th1/Th2 balance improving action and IgE production inhibition action of mannan obtained from saccharomyces yeast.

SOLUTION: The allergic diathesis improver or the food having an allergic diathesis improvement and immunity function contains mannan obtained from fungi or a culture solution of saccharomyces yeast as the effective component.
