<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the function of a television receiver additionally. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing card 13<SB>i</SB>stores creation information being used together with creation information stored in image processing cards 13<SB>1</SB>to 13<SB>i-1</SB>in order to obtain specified tap coefficients and that creation information is fed to an image processing interface 40. The image processing interface 40 creates tap coefficients from creation information in the image processing cards 13<SB>1</SB>to 13<SB>i</SB>set thereto. On the other hand, the image processing interface 40 extracts image data becoming a prediction tap being used for predicting a remarked pixel, and image data becoming a class tap being used for classifying the remarked pixels and then classifies the remarked pixels.
