LB FILM CONSISTING OF CARBON NANOTUBE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film of a carbon nanotube uniform in quality and having film thickness which is precisely controlled and its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: This LB film consisting of the carbon nanotube provided on a substrate is provided by repeatedly soaking in and drawing up the substrate in water in the vertical direction on a water surface on which a solubilized carbon nanotube monomolecular film provided by developing the solubilized carbon nanotube containing an amid group expressed in a following general expression (1) on the water surface is developed.-CONHR (1), wherein R shows an aliphatic group of the number of carbon 14-20.
