PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning material for mounting on the human body excellent in soft feeling and having sufficient physical properties and durability required in the cushioning material such as a brassier cup or the like. SOLUTION: The cushioning material for mounting on the human body is characterized in that a foamed silicone is present in the interstices of a bulky fiber aggregate having interstices permitting air to flow through the interstices between its constituent fibers so as to adhere to the constituent fibers.
