PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing anonymous information, capable of providing anonymous information through an anonymous communication path which uses an onion routing, without using a traditional reliable third party. SOLUTION: An inside informant device 1 generates a public key pkAand a secret key skAused as an anonym of an inside informant A (Step S1), invests the provided information M and a onion routing information Rretfor returning with the public key pkAand a signatureσA=SigskA(M¾Rret) of the inside informant A, and transmits them to a auditing organization device 3 through the anonymous communication path by the onion routing (Step 3). The auditing organization device 3 returns the inside informant device 1 returning information M' and the signatureσI=SigskI(M¾Rret¾pkA¾σA¾M') by the secret key skIof the inside informant A as a receipt by the onion routing information Rretfor returning to the inside informant A through the anonymous communication path which uses the onion routing (Step 5), and repeats these steps.
