PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repeating apparatus capable of avoiding a transmission disable state by suppressing traffic due to unnecessary telegrams in telegram communication between different types of networks having different transmission speeds. SOLUTION: In this repeating apparatus 4, changed contents of a telegram of changing a state for devices 1, 2 on a first network 3 having a low transmission speed, the telegram sent from a device 7 on a second network 6 having a high transmission speed, are always overwritten on a storage area 442 provided for each function of a target device, and the changed telegram is transmitted to the first network having the low transmission speed only when the contents are changed. In this way, the traffic due to the unnecessary telegram of the first network 3 having the low transmission speed can be suppressed, and the communication disable state can be avoided.
