PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an excellent protection characteristic with low voltage trigger for assurance of reliability when an ESD protective circuit using an SCR is applied to an LSI where it is advancing to make the circuit low voltage. SOLUTION: A static electricity discharge protective circuit apparatus comprises a first ESD protective circuit 311 connected between a VDD1 terminal 211 and a GND1 terminal 221, a second ESD protective circuit 312 connected between a VDD2 terminal 212 and a GND2 terminal 222 and having the same construction as that of the first ESD protective circuit, a trigger signal line 40 for mutually connecting respective serge detection output nodes of a plurality of the ESD protective circuits and transmitting a serge detection output of an arbitrary ESD protective circuit to the remaining ESD protective circuits as a trigger signal, and a common discharge line 33 connected directly to the GND1 terminal and further connected to the GND2 terminal via a parallel circuit of a parasitic diode element 34 directed forwardly and an oppositely directed parasitic diode element 35, and used in common in the plurality of the ESD protective circuits.
