PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing device of an anisotropic conductive connector device and a circuit device wherein required electric connection is achieved and a required conductivity is obtained, even if a tested electrode is protruded shape, a testing electrode has a special form, and separated distance from an adjacent testing electrode is small. SOLUTION: This anisotropic conductive connector device is provided with a first anisotropic conductive sheet and a second anisotropic conductive sheet wherein a plurality of conductive path forming parts respectively extending in the thickness direction are arranged in a state that they are mutually insulated by insulating parts. The conductive path forming parts in the second anisotropic conductive sheet have a smaller diameter than the conductive path forming parts in the first anisotropic conductive sheet.
