PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bind an object easily with a hand, naturally, quickly and beautifully, and to bind the object with no knots and with the width of a string kept as it stands by fastening it with a proper strength and by maintaining a tension with one hand, with an easy-to-handle inexpensive tape. SOLUTION: A method of binding the object with the tape-like string, wherein a fastening tool (1) or a fastening tool (2) where the tape-like string(3) is not unwound and a tension can be maintained is prepared, both ends of the tape-like string (3) wound around the object (4) are pinched, the string is wound around the fastening tool (1) or the fastening tool (2), the object is fastened by the string with a suitable force and the tension is maintained with one hand, and the portions of the string tensioned in both directions are connected and bonded with a connection adhesive tape (5), and the fastening tool comprises the three combinations of the tape-like string (3), the fastening tool (1) or the fastening tool (2) and the connection adhesive tape (5).
