PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worshipper to hold a memorial service without causing any confusion with others, to protect a Buddhist memorial tablet main body from getting stained with dust and hands and the characters of important posthumous buddhist name, age at death, etc. written on it from becoming illegible and to use the existent Buddhist memorial tablet as it is as the memorial card plate without working by inserting the case-like memorial card plate into the Buddhist memorial tablet. SOLUTION: This case-like memorial card plate for removably accommodating the tablet is inserted into the existent Buddhist memorial tablet. The memorial card plate displays the photograph of the deceased and a secular name on its front side, thereby the Buddhist memorial tablet of the deceased to be worshiped is recognized without mixing up with others. Furthermore, since the memorial card plate is attachable and detachable, it is possible to place only the buddhist memorial tablet on an altar by detaching the memorial card plate from the Buddhist memorial tablet at need in the case of a Buddhist memorial service.
