<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility control device capable of effectively performing a facility control to a user who frequently uses the same facility on a daily basis and shows almost the same behavior. <P>SOLUTION: The user's face of the facility is imaged by an imaging means 2, and the user is identified by a face recognition means 10. The behavior rules of a plurality of users using the facility are stored in a storage means 12.
