<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waterproofing lightweight boots and a production method thereof which achieve a durability with a better appearance by carrying out the accurate bonding work between the body parts and the outsoles easily and properly concerning the modification of the production method in which the outsoles are stuck on the body parts subjected to the vulcanization molding under the waterproofing specifications. <P>SOLUTION: A synthetic resin tape with almost a fixed width is applied around the peripheral part of the lower end of each outsole of the body parts while a midsole, a midcore and a midcore auxiliary material are stuck on the bottom surface of each body part and a water latex paste is applied on the surface of the midcore auxiliary material. After a masking treatment on the synthetic resin tape alone, an enamel coating is applied and after the vulcanization of the body part, the masking material is removed and the outsole is joined on the body part. This eliminates the work of grinding the bonded part of the body part to match the shape of the outsole thereby providing a method for preventing the poor bonding and the deterioration due to the cracking in the rubber surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
