<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear surface protective sheet for solar cell excellent in dimensional stability at the processing stage and in resistance to piercing of a sheet attributable to a protruding part of wire, excellent in insulation property (sustenance of the moisture-proof characteristic) while in use, and producible at a low cost, and to provide a solar cell and a solar cell module using the same. <P>SOLUTION: At least a layer each of an inorganic fiber paper or an inorganic fiber cloth, and a resin sheet are laminated. The basis weight of inorganic fiber paper or the inorganic fiber cloth is made to be 20 g/m<SP>2</SP>or more, and the thickness is made to be 50μm or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
