OPTICAL WIRING BOARD AND ITS WIRING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wiring board 1 in which connections are made for cable side optical fibers 60 and other optical fibers 70, 70a and 70b in a switchable and high density manner at a low cost.

SOLUTION: The board 1 is provided with a welding unit 3 which stores welding connection sections of optical fibers and an optical parts unit 4 which stores optical parts 80 of optical fibers 8 with optical parts to be connected with other optical fibers 70a. Optical fibers 82 of the fibers 8 with optical parts connected with the fibers 70a are welded and connected to the fibers 60 so that the parts 80 are inserted between the fibers 60 and 70a and the unit 3 stores a welded connection section 63b of the fibers 60 and 70b and a welded connection section 63a of the fibers 60 and the fibers 82 of the fibers 8 in a take-out possible manner.
