PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: weight of a carriage increases when an impact absorber is interposed between a scan moving carriage and its driving belt, and the cost increases because a drive motor exhibiting a higher performance is required for scan moving the carriage. SOLUTION: The carriage 16 scan moving along a print medium in a direction intersecting the carrying direction of the print medium along with a print head for forming a desired image by ejecting liquid drops to the print medium and mounting a liquid tank containing liquid being supplied to the print head is formed of resin containing multiple microbubbles for damping vibration.
