RESIN COMPOSITION FOR RAMP MECHANISM PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition capable of producing ramp mechanism parts having high surface hardness and small surface roughness. SOLUTION: [I] This resin composition for the ramp mechanism parts is characterized by comprising a resin composition which comprises 100 pts. wt. of an aromatic polysulfone resin and 0.5 to 35 pts. wt. of a polytetrafluoroethylene resin having a flowing temperature of≤350°C. [II] The ramp mechanism part is characterized by being obtained from the resin composition. [3] A magnetic disk device is characterized by loading the ramp mechanism part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
