PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for footwears, making an operating means shaped like a strap or having a cover body used as a step or a stool by fitting the operating means for handling the cover for footwears to the side wall thereof. SOLUTION: The cover body for covering the footwear to prevent adhesion of rain and mud due to splashing is provided with the operating means fitted to the side thereof for putting the cover body on the footwear or moving the same from the upper side of the footwear to constitute the cover for footwears. By providing the operating means on the side wall of the cover body, the operating means can be shaped like the strap to reduce the size of a packed style in the shipping condition, or the top of the cover body can be used as the step or the stool.
