PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-conveyance sheet, which efficiently supplies a sand cushion layer with water fed from the outside without a leakage of water by a laying on the underside side of a water-retentive block and is available for constructing a continuous water absorption type water-retentive-block pavement. SOLUTION: The water-conveyance sheet 7 used for paving the water absorption type water-retentive blocks, in which the sheet 7 has a water-conveyance layer 7c, a water-absorption layer 7b and/or a cutoff layer 7a, the layer 7c is formed in an uppermost layer and front-rear and/or left-right edges of the layer 7c are formed on the sides inner than the layer 7b or the layer 7a in lower layers, a leakage in the direction of a sand cushion layer 3 and a subbase course 1 of water fed from the outside is prevented by the cubical expansion and cutoff effect of the layer 7b or the working of the layer 7a and which has a function in which the blocks 4 can be supplied stably with water even in the case of a drying, is disclosed.
