PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network-like conductor having an excellent charge-injection property, low resistivity and a high light-transmissive property, a manufacturing method therefor, and as its use. SOLUTION: The conductor is obtained by using microcracks formed on a thin film disposed on a substrate and by forming an irregular mesh structure composed of a conductive material. Since the conductive material is formed in the mesh structure with fine line widths of meshes of 10 nm to 10μm, the conductor has the excellent charge-injection property, the low resistivity and the high light-transmissive property, and also since the conductor is manufactured by utilizing a natural phenomenon of the microcrack of the thin film, the conductor can be manufactured at a relatively low energy cost.
