PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein a driver cannot know how much a wheel is deviated from a car stop device and a vehicle cannot be accurately guided for the driver because the vehicle is conventionally guided through a vehicle guide part based on presence or absence of detection by a wheel detection sensor provided on a side face inside a car of an automobile elevator. SOLUTION: A car stop device 5a for a front face and a car stop device 5b for a rear face are provided with a wheel detection photoelectric tube sensor 8a in the vertical direction, a wheel detection photoelectric tube sensor 8b in the outer direction, and a wheel detection photoelectric tube sensor 8c in the inner direction to determine that a front wheel 7a of the vehicle 6 enters detection distance P of the car stop device 5b for the rear face. As a result, the driver can guide the vehicle 6 accurately between the car stop device 5a for the front face and the car stop device 5b for the rear face through a vehicle guide display part 9 or a vehicle guide sound part 10 so that the driver can move the vehicle 6 with sense of relief.
