PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating method by wave motion by which electricity is generated effectively utilizing the wave motion such as electromagnetic waves and sound waves emitted through ambience of the natural world. SOLUTION: The wave motion such as the electromagnetic waves and the sound waves emitted through the ambience is collected by a collecting means such as a collecting antenna 2 comprising an antena main body 3 and an absorber 4. The wave motion such as the electromagnetic waves and the sound waves thus collected is accumulated while the waves being adjusted, by an accumulating means of an accumulating material 10 such as a natural stone, a semiconductor or an element for semiconductors. A coil 15 is wound on the accumulating material 10, and a magnetic field is provided by a single pole magnet 14 to excite by an exciting means and to generate electricity.
