PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user selection regarding data service in a digital broadcast receiver 10 for receiving broadcast waves, where a plurality of audio services and a plurality of data services are multiplexed. SOLUTION: A data service detection means 11 detects the data services currently included in the broadcast waves selected by a user. A list display control means 12 excludes the data services reserved by the user so that the data services are to be displayed on a display immediately after reception, and displays the list of the data service on a list display 13. A selection data detection means 16 detects data selected by the user, based on the list displayed on the list display 13. A data information display control means 17 displays data information regarding the selection data detected by the selection data detection means 16 on a data information display 18.
