<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the irregular reflection of a spoke reflector sufficiently without a battery incorporated therewith. <P>SOLUTION: A reflector material having a light reflect characteristic is applied to at least a portion of a spoke on a wheel and a lamp is mounted on a portion of a head lamp, for illuminating the reflector material at traveling. By this configuration, the device does not function during daytime but functions only when the head lamp is turned on, which prevents the use of wasteful energy and maintenance work because of the nonexistence of a battery unlike a conventional product and there is no risk during traveling due to a failure in the function of the reflector caused by battery drain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
