PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises by rationally modifying a vibration transfer surface between a slide guide part and a carrying-out guide plate. SOLUTION: The carrying-out guide plate 31 is arranged on the bottom part side inside a chamber for receiving the commodity delivered from a commodity storing rack and carrying out/guiding the commodity to the commodity take-out port side, and this device is provided with a commodity carrying-out conveyer B comprising a push-out tool 40 for pushing out the delivered commodity on the carrying-out guide plate 31 toward the commodity take-out port side. The slide guide part 31B is provided with the side edge part of the carrying-out guide plate 31 for moving/guiding the push-out tool 40 in sliding state, and the device is provided with transfer vibration reducing means F for reducing transfer of vibration as the sound source between the carrying-out guide surface 31a of the carrying-out guide plate 31 and the slide guide part 31B.
