摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine moving blade service life evaluating method for quantitatively evaluating the service life of a turbine moving blade, a turbine moving blade creep elongation strain measuring device and the turbine moving blade suitable for applying the turbine moving blade service life evaluating method. SOLUTION: This turbine moving blade service life evaluating method adopts a method for evaluating that the turbine moving blade falls within a service life range when creep elongation strain is less than 0.5% of the initial length, and evaluating that the turbine moving blade exceeds the service life when the strain is 0.5% or more of the initial length. The turbine moving blade creep elongation strain measuring device 20 adopts a constitution having the first fixing end 21 installed on one end side of the turbine moving blade 10, the second fixing end 22 installed on the other end side and a dial gauge 24 for measuring an interval dimension of these ends.
