<p>The swiveling device has a control unit (1) for receiving, as inputs, values of angular yaw rate r, steering wheel angle (LRW), vehicle speed (v) and actual light width (LW), and outputting a desired swiveling angle (SW). The swiveling angle then controls an adjusting device (2) for swiveling a headlight (3) accordingly. The desired swiveling angle (SW) in the region of a discrete limit vehicle speed (vgrenz) is derived from a rate of steering wheel angle to swiveling angle (SWLRW) and a rate of angular yaw rate to swiveling angle (SWr) using a mathematical equation: SW=SWLRW + SWr.</p> |
