PURPOSE: A color flat panel display device is provided to prevent thermal distortions or damage of electrodes by effectively removing induction current from electrodes through the use of an eddy current reduction pattern. CONSTITUTION: A color flat panel display device comprises an electrode(50a) for extraction and focusing of electron beams and which are accommodated between an upper plate and a lower plate. The electron beams strike a screen in every display areas divided into unit cells so as to display images. The electrode has an eddy current reduction pattern(60) for reducing the eddy current generated from the electrode when the getter in the container which is formed by coupling and sealing the upper and lower plates is heated and diffused.
