PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for adding a coupon or an advertisement to a printed matter containing either picture information including a photographic picture photographed with a camera-equipped cellular telephone or a digital camera or information such as a character-string inputted from an input device including the cellular telephone or a touch panel. SOLUTION: The device and system add the information on the advertisement or the coupon stored in a printing terminal to the worked printed matter obtained through: reading the picture from the camera-equipped cellular telephone by a communication means using infrared communication or communication cable connection or the like; reading the picture information through a dedicated communication cable from the digital camera; or reading information on character-string input or the like from the touch panel or the cellular telephone with a printing terminal.
