PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of presenting the optimal delivery method for a delivery.

SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with: an input acceptance part 2 for accepting the input of the delivery attribute value; an acquisition part 3 for accessing master information 4 having a plurality of delivery methods and acquiring a delivery method pertinent to the delivery attribute value from the master information 4; a selection part 5 for selecting some delivery method from the delivery methods acquired by the acquisition part 3 according to a predetermined rule; and a selection result output part 6 for outputting results selected by the selecting part 5.
