PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for previously making a lookup table of an ID on the part feeder side and an ID being used in a substrate production line while making a decision whether a part feeding means is installed at a specified position correctly or not. SOLUTION: Based on the data of a requested part ID in a program and a requested position, and the inspection data of ID of a part aggregation actually placed at the requested position, a decision is made whether the part in the part aggregation actually placed at the requested position coincides with a requested part or not. When correspondence relation between the requested part ID in the program and the part aggregation ID is not registered, a processing for registering that correspondence relation is carried out.
